Roman Venegas is a licensed clinical social worker and licensed chemical dependency counselor with over a decade of experience serving diverse populations across a variety of healthcare and behavioral health settings. Holding advanced degrees in both business administration and social work, Roman brings a unique combination of clinical expertise and leadership acumen to his practice.

Throughout his career, Roman has worked in acute medical hospitals, acute psychiatric facilities, and with the local mental health authority, providing care to individuals and families navigating complex physical, mental, and emotional health challenges. His clinical work spans crisis intervention, addiction recovery, trauma-informed care, and long-term treatment planning for underserved and marginalized populations.
