Recovery and personal growth don’t mean starting over.... they often begin by recognizing the strength and resilience you already have.
Hello! My name is Kirsten Crabill. As a dual-licensed Clinical Social Worker and Chemical Dependency Counselor, I specialize in helping adults who are navigating substance use, addiction recovery, and co-occurring mental health concerns. Whether you are considering making a change, actively working toward recovery, or trying to rebuild your life after difficult experiences, you deserve a space where you can be honest about where you are without fear of judgment.
I also work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders, anger, low self-esteem, family and relationship challenges, career stress, and major life transitions. Sometimes these concerns overlap, and it can be difficult to know which problem to tackle first. Therapy can help you slow things down, understand the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and begin making changes that feel realistic and sustainable.
My approach is collaborative, strength-based, and practical. I want you to feel respected, heard, and actively involved in your treatment. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed interventions, Motivational Interviewing, and behavioral strategies based on your individual needs and goals.
Together, we can work on understanding your thoughts and behaviors, managing difficult emotions, strengthening coping skills, improving relationships, and building confidence in your ability to make meaningful changes.
You already bring strengths into the therapy room. My role is to help you recognize them, build upon them, and use them to create a healthier and more fulfilling life. If you’re ready for support that is compassionate, straightforward, and focused on meaningful change, I’d be glad to work with you.
