If you’re looking for a therapist who can help you quiet the noise, find your center, and reconnect with a sense of peace and calm, I’d be happy to support you.
Hello! My name is Jessica Moya, and I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist with 10 years of experience working with children, teenagers, mothers, and adults. I specialize in helping individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, overwhelming worry, racing thoughts, stress, and emotional challenges that can make everyday life feel heavier than it should.
Sometimes you may know that something needs to change, but you’re not quite sure where to begin. You may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or simply tired of carrying everything on your own. Therapy can be a place where you don’t have to have all the answers.
My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, supported, and free from judgment. We’ll start by talking about what’s happening in your life, what matters most to you, and what you hope will feel different.
Together, we’ll work toward understanding your emotions and experiences, calming anxious thoughts, strengthening coping skills, and creating healthier patterns in your life and relationships. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and focused on helping you build the insight and tools you need to feel more grounded, confident, connected, and at peace.
You don’t have to navigate everything alone. If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
